MINCE WRAPS

INGREDIENTS: Oil Mustard Seeds Ginger Garlic Paste Beef Mince Green Chili Red Chili Powder Turmeric Powder Onion Tomatoes Gram Flour Tamarind Pulp ( Imli ka pani) Coriander Leave Mint Leaves Chat Masala Garam Masala METHOD: MINCE PREPARATION: Take a pan add oil , mustard seeds and ginger garlic paste. mix well. Add beef mince and cook until color get changed. Then add salt , red chili powder , chopped green chili and add water . Cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.  Chopped onion , tomatoes , coriander , mint leaves mix well. And cook well for 2 minutes. Add tamarind pulp and gram flour (1 tbs) and cook for 5 minutes. PREPARATION FOR GRAM FLOUR WRAPS BATTER: Take a bowl add gram flour , red chili powder , turmeric powder , salt , chat masala , gram masala , coking oil , water. Whisk well until well combined. VEGETABLE PASTA

INGREDIENTS: Potatoes Onion Tomatoes Cumin Seeds Butter Oil Chicken Tikka Masala Red Chili Powder Salt Soya Sauce Cabbage Peas Capsicum Tomato Ketchup Pasta  Ginger Garlic Paste METHOD: First boil pasta. Take a pan add oil , cumin seeds and onion. Fry until light brown. Add ginger garlic paste and blended tomatoes. Then add red chili powder and chicken tikka masala .Cook for 10 minutes. Then add vegetables according to your taste. If you want to add potatoes and peas make sure they are well boiled. I add above mentioned vegetables. Then cook vegetables until they get soften. Add soya sauce and ketchup.  After vegetables get done add boiled pasta. Mixed well and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.  

CHICKEN CORN SOUP

INGREDIENTS: Chicken And Vegetable Stock Chicken Cream Of Corn Salt Corn Flour Eggs METHOD: TIP FOR STOCK: For the chicken stock most preferred back and neck bones. Because they are rich in nutrients and flavor  And use organic chicken. Use vegetables as per as your choose. CORN SOUP: In pan add chicken and vegetable stock then add boiled and shredded chicken , cream of corn or sweet corn. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Add salt. Then in water add corn flour mix it . and add it in soup. Cook until desired thickness. Egg whites add while stirring continuously.

CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE (IN MICROWAVE)

INGREDIENTS: Egg Butter Milk Vanilla Essence All-Purpose Flour Baking Powder Caster Sugar Salt Cocoa Powder Chocolate Chips   METHOD: In mug add 1 egg, 2 tbs melted butter, 1 & 1/2 tbs lukewarm milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tbs all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 3 tbs caster sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 & 1/2 tbs cocoa powder. Mix until well combine. Add 1 tbs chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 min and 30 seconds. served it with vanilla ice cream or chocolate syrup.  

BUTTER CHICKEN (CHICKEN MAKHNI)

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Butter Cream Yogurt Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder Cumin Powder Salt Lemon Juice Oil Bay Leaves Onion Ginger Garlic Paste Cashew Nuts Tomatoes Tomato Paste Garam Masala Coriander Leaves METHOD: In bowl , take yogurt , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds , salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add boneless chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add butter , oil , bay leaves. Mix well. Sliced onion , ginger garlic paste , cashew nuts , chopped tomatoes , salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook until tomatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves. Now blend above cook masala. To make fine puree. Now add this puree in the pan and bring it to boil. Add water if gravy is thick. Add cream , garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. Now take pan add oil and shallow fry the chicken. Until done. Now add fry chicken into the gravy. Mix well. And cook for 5 to 7 minutes.  Served it with rice.

INGREDIENTS: Oil Onion Tomatoes Cumin Seeds Turmeric Powder Red Chili Powder Black Pepper Powder Salt Green Chili Coriander Leaves Eggs METHOD: Take a pan add oil , cumin seeds , chopped onion and tomatoes , turmeric powder ,  red chili powder , black pepper and salt. Mix well. Add chopped green chili powder and fresh coriander leaves. Add Eggs in it. And mix continuously until it done.
