CHICKEN CORN SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken And Vegetable Stock
  2. Chicken
  3. Cream Of Corn
  4. Salt
  5. Corn Flour
  6. Eggs

METHOD:

TIP FOR STOCK:

  • For the chicken stock most preferred back and neck bones. Because they are rich in nutrients and flavor 
  • And use organic chicken.
  • Use vegetables as per as your choose.

CORN SOUP:
  • In pan add chicken and vegetable stock then add boiled and shredded chicken , cream of corn or sweet corn.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes. Add salt. Then in water add corn flour mix it . and add it in soup.
  • Cook until desired thickness.
  • Egg whites add while stirring continuously.

BUTTER CHICKEN (CHICKEN MAKHNI)

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Butter Cream Yogurt Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder Cumin Powder Salt Lemon Juice Oil Bay Leaves Onion Ginger Garlic Paste Cashew Nuts Tomatoes Tomato Paste Garam Masala Coriander Leaves METHOD: In bowl , take yogurt , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds , salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add boneless chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add butter , oil , bay leaves. Mix well. Sliced onion , ginger garlic paste , cashew nuts , chopped tomatoes , salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook until tomatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves. Now blend above cook masala. To make fine puree. Now add this puree in the pan and bring it to boil. Add water if gravy is thick. Add cream , garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. INGREDIENTS: Olive Oil Lemon Juice Honey Sesame Oil Salt Black Pepper Powder Garlic Green Chili Boneless Chicken Cottage Cheese Tomatoes Cucumber Black Olives Lettuce Leaves METHOD: SALAD DRESSING: Take a bowl add olive oil , lemon juice , honey , sesame oil , salt , black pepper powder , well chopped garlic , well chopped green chili. Mix well. CHICKEN & COTTAGE CHEESE: Take a bowl add boiled and shredded chicken , cubes of cottage cheese , strip cut tomatoes , strip cut cucumbers , black olives and prepared salad dressing. PRESENTATION: Now take a lettuce leave and fill it with chicken and cottage dressing.
