TURKISH KEBAB / KABAB

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Onion 
  2. Red & Yellow Bell Pepper 
  3. Garlic Cloves
  4. Parsley
  5. Beef Mince
  6. Salt
  7. Black Pepper Powder
  8. Crushed Red Chili
  9. Garam Masala Powder
  10. Oil

 METHOD:

  • In chopper , Add onion cubes , red & yellow bell pepper cubes , garlic cloves and parsley. Chop coarsely.
  • Now take a bowl add beef mince , add chopped mixture , salt , black pepper powder , crushed red chili , garam masala powder. Mix with hands until well combined. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Take a pan add oil and spread oil all over the pan. Take oil according to the quantity of meat.
  • Now spread evenly mince mixture with hands. Cook on medium low flames for 5 minutes. Now gently cut the mince into the shape of kebab and gently turn the each. Now cover the pan and cook on low flame until done.
Served it with Fried Tomatoes and Rice..
