MINCE WRAPS

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Oil
  2. Mustard Seeds
  3. Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. Beef Mince
  5. Green Chili
  6. Red Chili Powder
  7. Turmeric Powder
  8. Onion
  9. Tomatoes
  10. Gram Flour
  11. Tamarind Pulp ( Imli ka pani)
  12. Coriander Leave
  13. Mint Leaves
  14. Chat Masala
  15. Garam Masala

METHOD:

MINCE PREPARATION:

  • Take a pan add oil , mustard seeds and ginger garlic paste. mix well. Add beef mince and cook until color get changed.
  • Then add salt , red chili powder , chopped green chili and add water . Cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes. 
  • Chopped onion , tomatoes , coriander , mint leaves mix well. And cook well for 2 minutes. Add tamarind pulp and gram flour (1 tbs) and cook for 5 minutes.

PREPARATION FOR GRAM FLOUR WRAPS BATTER:

  • Take a bowl add gram flour , red chili powder , turmeric powder , salt , chat masala , gram masala , coking oil , water. Whisk well until well combined. Rest it for 15 minutes .

 MINCE WRAP:

  • Take a pan grease with cooking oil add 1/2 cup of batter add mince filling and spread gently. fold wrap gently.

Mix well.  Add chopped onion, blended tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste. Mix well then add water. Bring it to boil. Cover

SIZZLING CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

 INGREDIENTS: Eggs Caster Sugar Butter Vanilla Essence  Cocoa Powder Fine Flour Cooking Chocolate Milk Cream METHOD: BROWNIES: Take a bowl add eggs , caster sugar according to your requirement. Beat for 3-4 minutes. Add butter and beat until well combined.Add vanilla essence and cocoa powder beat well.  Add fine flour and fold gently. Take 8 by 8 baking pan and pour this mixture in it. Bake in preheated oven.  Temperature 170 degree and  20 -25 minutes. Let it cool. And cut in square shape. CHOCOLATE SYRUP: Take a pan add cooking chocolate , add milk , and cream whisk well until get smooth. cook well. PRESENTATION: Take a sizzling pan heat for 3-4 minutes. After heating sizzling pan put 2 piece of brownies add vanilla ice cream then add prepare chocolate syrup. Enjoy delicious dessert.
