INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Butter Cream Yogurt Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder Cumin Powder Salt Lemon Juice Oil Bay Leaves Onion Ginger Garlic Paste Cashew Nuts Tomatoes Tomato Paste Garam Masala Coriander Leaves METHOD: In bowl , take yogurt , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds , salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add boneless chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add butter , oil , bay leaves. Mix well. Sliced onion , ginger garlic paste , cashew nuts , chopped tomatoes , salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook until tomatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves. Now blend above cook masala. To make fine puree. Now add this puree in the pan and bring it to boil. Add water if gravy is thick. Add cream , garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. Now take pan add oil and shallow fry the chicken. Until done. Now add fry chicken into the gravy. Mix well. And cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Served it with rice. ...
