VEGETABLE PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Potatoes
  2. Onion
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Cumin Seeds
  5. Butter
  6. Oil
  7. Chicken Tikka Masala
  8. Red Chili Powder
  9. Salt
  10. Soya Sauce
  11. Cabbage
  12. Peas
  13. Capsicum
  14. Tomato Ketchup
  15. Pasta 
  16. Ginger Garlic Paste

METHOD:

  • First boil pasta.
  • Take a pan add oil , cumin seeds and onion. Fry until light brown. Add ginger garlic paste and blended tomatoes. Then add red chili powder and chicken tikka masala .Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Then add vegetables according to your taste. If you want to add potatoes and peas make sure they are well boiled. I add above mentioned vegetables.
  • Then cook vegetables until they get soften. Add soya sauce and ketchup. 
  • After vegetables get done add boiled pasta. Mixed well and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

TURKISH KEBAB / KABAB

INGREDIENTS: Onion  Red & Yellow Bell Pepper  Garlic Cloves Parsley Beef Mince Salt Black Pepper Powder Crushed Red Chili Garam Masala Powder Oil  METHOD: In chopper , Add onion cubes , red & yellow bell pepper cubes , garlic cloves and parsley. Chop coarsely. Now take a bowl add beef mince , add chopped mixture , salt , black pepper powder , crushed red chili , garam masala powder. Mix with hands until well combined. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add oil and spread oil all over the pan. Take oil according to the quantity of meat. Now spread evenly mince mixture with hands. Cook on medium low flames for 5 minutes. Now gently cut the mince into the shape of kebab and gently turn the each. Now cover the pan and cook on low flame until done.
