BUTTER CHICKEN BIRYANI

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless Chicken
  2. Lemon Juice
  3. Green Chilies
  4. Salt
  5. Paprika Powder
  6. Turmeric Powder
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. Yogurt
  9. Oil
  10. Charcoal (For Smoke)
  11. Butter
  12. Cloves
  13. Black & Green Cardamon
  14. Cinnamon Stick
  15. Bay Leaves
  16. Onion
  17. Tomatoes
  18. Coriander Powder
  19. Red Chili Powder
  20. Fenugreek Leaves (Qasuri Methi)
  21. Cream
  22. Yellow Food Color
  23. Coriander & Mint leaves
  24. Rice

METHOD:

MARINATION:

  • In bowl, take boneless chicken add lemon juice, crushed green chilies, salt, paprika powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and yogurt. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

CHICKEN BIRYANI:

  • Take a pan add oil and marinate chicken. Cook until chicken is done. Now give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
  • Take a pan, add butter, cooking oil, Green chilies, Black and green cardamon, cinnamon stick, bay leaves. Mix well. 
  • Add chopped onion, blended tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste. Mix well then add water. Bring it to boil. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Then add fenugreek leaves.
  • Add cooked chicken. Cover the pan partially and cook on low flame for 20 minutes. Add fried onion, fresh coriander and mint leaves, julienne cut ginger, cream and 3/4 done boiled rice. Mix water and yellow food color and add gently in to the rice.Cover the pan and steam cook for almost 10-15 minutes.
  • Butter chicken biryani is ready to eat.

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Butter Cream Yogurt Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder Cumin Powder Salt Lemon Juice Oil Bay Leaves Onion Ginger Garlic Paste Cashew Nuts Tomatoes Tomato Paste Garam Masala Coriander Leaves METHOD: In bowl , take yogurt , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds , salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add boneless chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add butter , oil , bay leaves. Mix well. Sliced onion , ginger garlic paste , cashew nuts , chopped tomatoes , salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook until tomatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves. Now blend above cook masala. To make fine puree. Now add this puree in the pan and bring it to boil. Add water if gravy is thick. Add cream , garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. INGREDIENTS: Olive Oil Lemon Juice Honey Sesame Oil Salt Black Pepper Powder Garlic Green Chili Boneless Chicken Cottage Cheese Tomatoes Cucumber Black Olives Lettuce Leaves METHOD: SALAD DRESSING: Take a bowl add olive oil , lemon juice , honey , sesame oil , salt , black pepper powder , well chopped garlic , well chopped green chili. Mix well. CHICKEN & COTTAGE CHEESE: Take a bowl add boiled and shredded chicken , cubes of cottage cheese , strip cut tomatoes , strip cut cucumbers , black olives and prepared salad dressing. PRESENTATION: Now take a lettuce leave and fill it with chicken and cottage dressing.
