INGREDIENTS:

  1. Oil
  2. Onion
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Cumin Seeds
  5. Turmeric Powder
  6. Red Chili Powder
  7. Black Pepper Powder
  8. Salt
  9. Green Chili
  10. Coriander Leaves
  11. Eggs

METHOD:

  • Take a pan add oil , cumin seeds , chopped onion and tomatoes , turmeric powder ,  red chili powder , black pepper and salt. Mix well. Add chopped green chili powder and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Add Eggs in it. And mix continuously until it done.

TURKISH KEBAB / KABAB

INGREDIENTS: Onion  Red & Yellow Bell Pepper  Garlic Cloves Parsley Beef Mince Salt Black Pepper Powder Crushed Red Chili Garam Masala Powder Oil  METHOD: In chopper , Add onion cubes , red & yellow bell pepper cubes , garlic cloves and parsley. Chop coarsely. Now take a bowl add beef mince , add chopped mixture , salt , black pepper powder , crushed red chili , garam masala powder. Mix with hands until well combined. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add oil and spread oil all over the pan. Take oil according to the quantity of meat. Now spread evenly mince mixture with hands. Cook on medium low flames for 5 minutes. Now gently cut the mince into the shape of kebab and gently turn the each. Now cover the pan and cook on low flame until done. INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Lemon Juice Green Chilies Salt Paprika Powder Turmeric Powder Ginger Garlic Paste Yogurt Oil Charcoal (For Smoke) Butter Cloves Black & Green Cardamon Cinnamon Stick Bay Leaves Onion Tomatoes Coriander Powder Red Chili Powder Fenugreek Leaves (Qasuri Methi) Cream Yellow Food Color Coriander & Mint leaves Rice METHOD: MARINATION: In bowl, take boneless chicken add lemon juice, crushed green chilies, salt, paprika powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and yogurt.
