INGREDIENTS:
- Green Chilies
- Black Cardamon

- Coriander leaves

- Kewra Water
- Cashew Paste
METHOD:
FOR RICE: (1/2 KG)
- Take a bowl add 4 chopped green chilies, 2 black cardamon , 4 green cardamon , 1 tsp cumin seeds , 1/2 tsp black peppercorn , 1 cinnamon stick , 1/2 tsp cloves and 3 bay leaves. And garam masala bowl is ready.
- Now take a pan fill with water bring it to boil add this garam masala mixture bowl in water and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add fried onion 2-3 tsp, add salt according to your requirement.
- Take 1/2 kg rice (soaked for 30 minutes) bring it to boil then add 1 tsp lemon juice and boil until 3/4th done. Strain and set aside.
FOR CHICKEN: (1/2 KG)
- Take a pan add oil , 1/2 kg chicken with bone mix until color get change then add 1 cinnamon stick , 5 green cardamon , 1 tsp cumin seeds , 1/2 tsp black peppercorn , chopped green chilies , 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 slice cut onion. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Now add 3/4 cup whisked yogurt , 1 tsp white pepper powder , salt , 1/4 tsp mace powder ( javatri powder) , 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder ( jaifil powder) , 1 tsp black pepper powder , mix well.
- Cover partially and cook for 4-5 minutes or cook until oil separates. Add chopped mint and coriander leaves.
- Now take 3 tbs cream , add 1 tbs kewra water in cream and 3 tbs cashew paste ( 15 cashew nuts grind with 2 tbs water. Cashew paste is ready) in cream. Mix well. and put this in chicken.
FOR BIRYANI:
- Now add rice in chicken , fried onion and oil.
- Cover and steam cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
