PANCAKE (PLAIN PANCAKE)

INGREDIENTS:

  1. All Purpose Flour 
  2. Baking Powder
  3. Caster Sugar
  4. Salt
  5. Egg
  6. Butter
  7. Milk

METHOD:

  • Take a bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour , 2 tsp baking powder , 2 tbs caster sugar , salt as required. Combine well. Now add one large egg , 2 tbs melted butter and milk as required. Whisk until well combine. Pancake batter is ready.
  •  Grease pan with butter.
  • Put 1/4th cup of batter in the pan. Cook on low flame (1 minute each side). Flip when bubbles rise on the surface.
  • Pancake is ready to eat. Served it with your favorite fruits.

BUTTER CHICKEN (CHICKEN MAKHNI)

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Butter Cream Yogurt Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder Cumin Powder Salt Lemon Juice Oil Bay Leaves Onion Ginger Garlic Paste Cashew Nuts Tomatoes Tomato Paste Garam Masala Coriander Leaves METHOD: In bowl , take yogurt , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds , salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add boneless chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add butter , oil , bay leaves. Mix well. Sliced onion , ginger garlic paste , cashew nuts , chopped tomatoes , salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook until tomatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves. Now blend above cook masala. To make fine puree. Now add this puree in the pan and bring it to boil. Add water if gravy is thick. Add cream , garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. INGREDIENTS: Boneless Fish Cream Coconut Milk Powder Salt Coriander Powder Crushed Cumin Garam Masala Powder Ajwain Powder Ginger Paste Crushed Red Chili Black Pepper Powder Olive Oil Red Chili Sauce Lemon Juice Yellow Food Color METHOD: Take a bowl add fish without bones and add all ingredients which is given above. Marinate well. Then keep it in refrigerator for almost 30 minutes. Then spread oil on the grill and cook fish from both side until done
