PANCAKE (CHOCOLATE PANCAKE)

INGREDIENTS:

  1. All Purpose Flour 
  2. Baking Powder
  3. Caster Sugar
  4. Cocoa Powder
  5. Salt
  6. Egg
  7. Butter
  8. Milk

METHOD:

  • Take a bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour, 2 tsp cocoa powder , 2 tsp baking powder , 2 tbs caster sugar , salt as required. Combine well. Now add one large egg , 2 tbs melted butter and milk as required. Whisk until well combine. Pancake batter is ready.
  •  Grease pan with butter.
  • Put 1/4th cup of batter in the pan. Cook on low flame (1 minute each side). Flip when bubbles rise on the surface.
  • Pancake is ready to eat. Served it with your favorite fruits.

BUTTER CHICKEN (CHICKEN MAKHNI)

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Butter Cream Yogurt Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder Cumin Powder Salt Lemon Juice Oil Bay Leaves Onion Ginger Garlic Paste Cashew Nuts Tomatoes Tomato Paste Garam Masala Coriander Leaves METHOD: In bowl , take yogurt , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds , salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add boneless chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add butter , oil , bay leaves. Mix well. Sliced onion , ginger garlic paste , cashew nuts , chopped tomatoes , salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook until tomatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves. Now blend above cook masala. To make fine puree. Now add this puree in the pan and bring it to boil. Add water if gravy is thick. Add cream , garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. TURKISH KEBAB / KABAB

INGREDIENTS: Onion  Red & Yellow Bell Pepper  Garlic Cloves Parsley Beef Mince Salt Black Pepper Powder Crushed Red Chili Garam Masala Powder Oil  METHOD: In chopper , Add onion cubes , red & yellow bell pepper cubes , garlic cloves and parsley. Chop coarsely. Now take a bowl add beef mince , add chopped mixture , salt , black pepper powder , crushed red chili , garam masala powder. Mix with hands until well combined. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add oil and spread oil all over the pan. Take oil according to the quantity of meat. Now spread evenly mince mixture with hands. Cook on medium low flames for 5 minutes. Now gently cut the mince into the shape of kebab and gently turn the each. Now cover the pan and cook on low flame until done.
