INGREDIENTS:
- Oil
- Soya Sauce
- Red Chili Sauce
- Black Pepper Powder
- Salt
- Corn Flour
- Cottage Cheese
- Tomato ketchup
- Garlic
- Onion
- Capsicum
- Carrot
- Spring Onion
- Sweet Corn
- Rice
METHOD:
- Take a bowl add tomato ketchup , soya sauce , red chili sauce , black pepper powder , salt , corn flour and mixed well . Add cubed cottage cheese and mixed well . Marinate for 20 minutes.
- Take a pan add oil , add marinate cottage cheese and cook well. Set aside for use later.
- Take a pan add oil , chopped garlic , chopped onion , chopped capsicum , chopped carrot , spring onion , boiled sweet corn , tomato ketchup , soya sauce , salt according to taste , black pepper powder .
- Cook well until vegetables get soften. Now add boiled rice and Mix well.
- Now add sauteed cottage cheese. And cover the pan and cook until done.
