INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled Potatoes
- Red Chili Powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Green Onion
- Carrots
- Peas
- Cabbages
- Coriander Leaves
- Capsicum
- Soya Sauce
- Eggs
- Bread Crumbs
METHOD:
- Boil potatoes firstly. And mashed it.
- Then take a pan add olive oil and add all vegetables given above or you can also add any of your favorite vegetables. add a pinch of black pepper , salt , red chili powder and soya sauce. cook until vegetable get soften.
- Then Add black pepper , salt , red chili powder in mashed potatoes. And add cooked vegetables and coriander leaves. And make round shaped kababs.
- Now dip that cutlet in egg then coated with bread crumbs and fry until it's turn into brown in color.
Served it with ketchup or make sandwich of it .
