PASTA (CHICKEN PASTA)

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boil Pasta
  2. Oil
  3. Boneless Chicken
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste
  5. Onion
  6. Tandori Masala
  7. Cayenne Pepper
  8. Tomato Ketchup
  9. Lemon Juice
  10. Chicken Stock

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Firstly boil the pasta according to your requirement.
  2. Then take a pan add oil , ginger garlic paste and add boneless chicken cooked until chicken color get changed into brown.
  3. Then add tandoori masala , cayenne pepper , lemon juice , tomato ketchup and chicken stock.
  4. Then add boiled pasta and combined well. Cover the pan for 2 minutes.
  5. Ready to eat .
 Served with tomato ketchup

BUTTER CHICKEN (CHICKEN MAKHNI)

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Butter Cream Yogurt Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder Cumin Powder Salt Lemon Juice Oil Bay Leaves Onion Ginger Garlic Paste Cashew Nuts Tomatoes Tomato Paste Garam Masala Coriander Leaves METHOD: In bowl , take yogurt , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds , salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add boneless chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add butter , oil , bay leaves. Mix well. Sliced onion , ginger garlic paste , cashew nuts , chopped tomatoes , salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook until tomatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves. Now blend above cook masala. To make fine puree. Now add this puree in the pan and bring it to boil. Add water if gravy is thick. Add cream , garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. INGREDIENTS: Olive Oil Lemon Juice Honey Sesame Oil Salt Black Pepper Powder Garlic Green Chili Boneless Chicken Cottage Cheese Tomatoes Cucumber Black Olives Lettuce Leaves METHOD: SALAD DRESSING: Take a bowl add olive oil , lemon juice , honey , sesame oil , salt , black pepper powder , well chopped garlic , well chopped green chili. Mix well. CHICKEN & COTTAGE CHEESE: Take a bowl add boiled and shredded chicken , cubes of cottage cheese , strip cut tomatoes , strip cut cucumbers , black olives and prepared salad dressing. PRESENTATION: Now take a lettuce leave and fill it with chicken and cottage dressing.
