INGREDIENTS:
- Eggs
- Oil
- Salt
- Black & White Pepper
- Green Onion
- Onion
- Garlic
- Red Chili Powder
- Green Chili
- Carrots
- Peas
- Capsicum
- Beans
- Soya Sauce
- Boiled Rice
METHOD:
- Take a pan add 2 tsp oil 2 eggs add salt to taste pinch of black pepper then scramble then add spring onion greens. Set aside.
- Take a pan add 1 tsp oil , 1/2 cup chopped onions , 1/4 cup chopped spring onion whites , 2 tsp chopped garlic , 1 chopped green chili and 1 tsp red chili powder. Mix well.
- Then add 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum , carrot , beans and boiled peas. 1 tsp of soya sauce.
- Then add 2 cup of well boiled rice. Cook for 7 minutes then add scramble egg , salt pinch of white pepper and spring onion greens.
