EGG FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Eggs
  2. Oil
  3. Salt
  4. Black & White Pepper
  5. Green Onion
  6. Onion
  7. Garlic
  8. Red Chili Powder
  9. Green Chili
  10. Carrots
  11. Peas
  12. Capsicum
  13. Beans
  14. Soya Sauce
  15. Boiled Rice

METHOD:

  • Take a pan add 2 tsp oil 2 eggs add salt to taste pinch of black pepper then scramble then add spring onion greens. Set aside.
  • Take a pan add 1 tsp oil , 1/2 cup chopped onions , 1/4 cup chopped spring onion whites , 2 tsp chopped garlic , 1 chopped green chili and 1 tsp red chili powder. Mix well.
  • Then add 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum , carrot , beans and boiled peas. 1 tsp of soya sauce.
  • Then add 2 cup of well boiled rice. Cook for 7 minutes then add scramble egg , salt pinch of white pepper and spring onion greens.

BUTTER CHICKEN (CHICKEN MAKHNI)

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Butter Cream Yogurt Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder Cumin Powder Salt Lemon Juice Oil Bay Leaves Onion Ginger Garlic Paste Cashew Nuts Tomatoes Tomato Paste Garam Masala Coriander Leaves METHOD: In bowl , take yogurt , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds , salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add boneless chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add butter , oil , bay leaves. Mix well. Sliced onion , ginger garlic paste , cashew nuts , chopped tomatoes , salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook until tomatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves. Now blend above cook masala. To make fine puree. Now add this puree in the pan and bring it to boil. Add water if gravy is thick. Add cream , garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. INGREDIENTS: Boneless Fish Cream Coconut Milk Powder Salt Coriander Powder Crushed Cumin Garam Masala Powder Ajwain Powder Ginger Paste Crushed Red Chili Black Pepper Powder Olive Oil Red Chili Sauce Lemon Juice Yellow Food Color METHOD: Take a bowl add fish without bones and add all ingredients which is given above.
