INGREDIENTS:
- Eggs
- Caster Sugar
- Butter
- Vanilla Essence
- Cocoa Powder
- Fine Flour
- Cooking Chocolate
- Milk
- Cream
METHOD:
BROWNIES:
- Take a bowl add eggs , caster sugar according to your requirement. Beat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add butter and beat until well combined.Add vanilla essence and cocoa powder beat well.
- Add fine flour and fold gently.
- Take 8 by 8 baking pan and pour this mixture in it. Bake in preheated oven.
Temperature 170 degree and
20 -25 minutes.
- Let it cool. And cut in square shape.
CHOCOLATE SYRUP:
- Take a pan add cooking chocolate , add milk , and cream whisk well until get smooth.
- cook well.
PRESENTATION:
- Take a sizzling pan heat for 3-4 minutes.
- After heating sizzling pan put 2 piece of brownies add vanilla ice cream then add prepare chocolate syrup.
- Enjoy delicious dessert.
