CHICKEN JALFREZE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Oil
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • 2 eggs
  • Boneless chicken
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • Red chili powder
  • Black pepper
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Soya sauce
  • Cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • Tomatoes

METHOD:

  1. Heat the oil in the pan and fry egg with salt and black pepper after cook then set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan then add chop capsicum and onions. Cook until softened then set aside. 
  3. Heat the oil in the pan add ginger garlic paste and add boneless chicken fry until color get changed then add red chili powder, black pepper turmeric powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds and tomato ketchup and combined well. Then add tomato paste , soya sauce , salt and tomatoes slices , add half cup of water then cover the pan and reduce the heat low.
  4. Then add fry capsicum , onion. 
  5. Cut the fry egg in the shape of cubes and add them.
  6. Served with rice.

BUTTER CHICKEN (CHICKEN MAKHNI)

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Butter Cream Yogurt Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder Cumin Powder Salt Lemon Juice Oil Bay Leaves Onion Ginger Garlic Paste Cashew Nuts Tomatoes Tomato Paste Garam Masala Coriander Leaves METHOD: In bowl , take yogurt , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds , salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add boneless chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add butter , oil , bay leaves. Mix well. Sliced onion , ginger garlic paste , cashew nuts , chopped tomatoes , salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook until tomatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves. Now blend above cook masala. To make fine puree. Now add this puree in the pan and bring it to boil. Add water if gravy is thick. Add cream , garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. TURKISH KEBAB / KABAB

INGREDIENTS: Onion  Red & Yellow Bell Pepper  Garlic Cloves Parsley Beef Mince Salt Black Pepper Powder Crushed Red Chili Garam Masala Powder Oil  METHOD: In chopper , Add onion cubes , red & yellow bell pepper cubes , garlic cloves and parsley. Chop coarsely. Now take a bowl add beef mince , add chopped mixture , salt , black pepper powder , crushed red chili , garam masala powder. Mix with hands until well combined. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add oil and spread oil all over the pan. Take oil according to the quantity of meat. Now spread evenly mince mixture with hands. Cook on medium low flames for 5 minutes. Now gently cut the mince into the shape of kebab and gently turn the each. Now cover the pan and cook on low flame until done.
