INGREDIENTS: Potatoes Eggs Oil Black Pepper Salt Crushed Red Chili Garlic Powder METHOD: Cut potatoes in long stick shapes Take oil in the pan add potatoes , add pinch of salt. Mix gently. Cover the pan until potatoes get soften. Take a bowl add eggs , black pepper , crush red chili , garlic powder and salt. Mix eggs well. And add this eggs above the potatoes and cover the pan for until done turn egg gently. And cook on low flame.
