BUTTER CHICKEN BIRYANI

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Lemon Juice Green Chilies Salt Paprika Powder Turmeric Powder Ginger Garlic Paste Yogurt Oil Charcoal (For Smoke) Butter Cloves Black & Green Cardamon Cinnamon Stick Bay Leaves Onion Tomatoes Coriander Powder Red Chili Powder Fenugreek Leaves (Qasuri Methi) Cream Yellow Food Color Coriander & Mint leaves Rice METHOD: MARINATION: In bowl, take boneless chicken add lemon juice, crushed green chilies, salt, paprika powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and yogurt. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. CHICKEN BIRYANI: Take a pan add oil and marinate chicken. Cook until chicken is done. Now give coal smoke for 2 minutes. Take a pan, add butter, cooking oil, Green chilies, Black and green cardamon, cinnamon stick, bay leaves. Mix well.  Add chopped onion, blended tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste. Mix well then add water. Bring it to boil. Cover
