BUTTER CHICKEN (CHICKEN MAKHNI)

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless Chicken
  2. Butter
  3. Cream
  4. Yogurt
  5. Red Chili Powder
  6. Coriander Powder
  7. Cumin Powder
  8. Salt
  9. Lemon Juice
  10. Oil
  11. Bay Leaves
  12. Onion
  13. Ginger Garlic Paste
  14. Cashew Nuts
  15. Tomatoes
  16. Tomato Paste
  17. Garam Masala
  18. Coriander Leaves

METHOD:

  • In bowl , take yogurt , red chili powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds , salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Now add boneless chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Take a pan add butter , oil , bay leaves. Mix well. Sliced onion , ginger garlic paste , cashew nuts , chopped tomatoes , salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook until tomatoes are tender.
  • Remove bay leaves.
  • Now blend above cook masala. To make fine puree.
  • Now add this puree in the pan and bring it to boil. Add water if gravy is thick.
  • Add cream , garam masala and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Now take pan add oil and shallow fry the chicken. Until done.
  • Now add fry chicken into the gravy. Mix well. And cook for 5 to 7 minutes. 
  • Served it with rice.

BUTTER CHICKEN BIRYANI

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Lemon Juice Green Chilies Salt Paprika Powder Turmeric Powder Ginger Garlic Paste Yogurt Oil Charcoal (For Smoke) Butter Cloves Black & Green Cardamon Cinnamon Stick Bay Leaves Onion Tomatoes Coriander Powder Red Chili Powder Fenugreek Leaves (Qasuri Methi) Cream Yellow Food Color Coriander & Mint leaves Rice METHOD: MARINATION: In bowl, take boneless chicken add lemon juice, crushed green chilies, salt, paprika powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and yogurt. SIZZLING CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

 INGREDIENTS: Eggs Caster Sugar Butter Vanilla Essence  Cocoa Powder Fine Flour Cooking Chocolate Milk Cream METHOD: BROWNIES: Take a bowl add eggs , caster sugar according to your requirement. Beat for 3-4 minutes. Add butter and beat until well combined.Add vanilla essence and cocoa powder beat well.  Add fine flour and fold gently. Take 8 by 8 baking pan and pour this mixture in it. Bake in preheated oven.  Temperature 170 degree and  20 -25 minutes. Let it cool. And cut in square shape. CHOCOLATE SYRUP: Take a pan add cooking chocolate , add milk , and cream whisk well until get smooth. cook well. PRESENTATION: Take a sizzling pan heat for 3-4 minutes. After heating sizzling pan put 2 piece of brownies add vanilla ice cream then add prepare chocolate syrup. Enjoy delicious dessert.
