TURKISH KEBAB / KABAB

INGREDIENTS: Onion  Red & Yellow Bell Pepper  Garlic Cloves Parsley Beef Mince Salt Black Pepper Powder Crushed Red Chili Garam Masala Powder Oil  METHOD: In chopper , Add onion cubes , red & yellow bell pepper cubes , garlic cloves and parsley. Chop coarsely. Now take a bowl add beef mince , add chopped mixture , salt , black pepper powder , crushed red chili , garam masala powder. Mix with hands until well combined. Marinate for 30 minutes. Take a pan add oil and spread oil all over the pan. Take oil according to the quantity of meat. Now spread evenly mince mixture with hands. Cook on medium low flames for 5 minutes. Now gently cut the mince into the shape of kebab and gently turn the each. Now cover the pan and cook on low flame until done. Served it with Fried Tomatoes and Rice..    

MUTTON KEBAB

INGREDIENTS: Garlic Cloves Fried Onion Ginger Mint Leaves Coriander Leaves  White Bread Mutton Mince Turmeric Powder Coriander Powder Roasted Cumin Seeds Salt Paprika Powder Garam Masala Powder Black Pepper Powder Lemon Juice Egg Oil METHOD: Take a blender and add Garlic Cloves , Fried Onions , Ginger , Mint & Coriander Leaves and crushed White Bread. Chop well. Now add Mutton Mince , Turmeric Powder , Coriander Powder , Roasted Cumin Seeds , Salt , Paprika Powder , Garam Masala Powder, Black Pepper Powder , Egg and Lemon Juice. Chop until well combined. Now grease your hands with oil. Make round shape of kebabs. And fry this kebab in oil. Fry well from both sides.  

CHICKEN CHEESE FINGERS

INGREDIENTS: Chicken Mince Paprika Powder Oregano Black Pepper Powder Garlic Powder Cheddar Cheese Salt Bread Crumbs Eggs All Purpose Flour METHOD: Take a chicken mince add paprika powder , oregano , black pepper powder , garlic powder , cheddar cheese and salt. Combine well. Now make any shape you want and coat it with all purpose flour then coat it with egg and after that coat it with bread crumbs. Now fry it in deep oil. Enjoy it with ketchup. 

PIZZA MACARONI

INGREDIENTS: Macaroni Butter Cumin Seeds Tomatoes Ketchup Tomato Paste Onion Capsicum Salt Black Pepper Red Chili Powder Tikka Masla Boneless Chicken Ginger Garlic Paste Cheese METHOD: MACARONI: Firstly boil macaronis. After that drain macaroni with cold water. Then add 1 tsp oil and and fold gently. CHICKEN PREPARATION: Now take a pan add oil , chopped onion and add chicken cook until chicken changed it color in brown. Add ginger garlic paste , red chili powder, tikka masla and salt. Cook well and set aside. PIZZA MIXTURE: Take a pan add butter , cumin seeds , red chili powder , black pepper chat masla Mixed well. Add slice of Capsicum , tomatoes , onion , ketchup , tomato paste and cook well until vegetables get soften. PRESENTATION: Take a pan first layer of boiled macaronis. Second layer of cooked chicken . Third layer of pizza mixture and topping with crushed cheese. Cover pan until cheese get melt. Cook it on low flame.

POTATO CUTLET(WITH VEGETABLE)

INGREDIENTS: Boiled Potatoes Red Chili Powder Salt  Black pepper Green Onion Carrots Peas Cabbages Coriander Leaves Capsicum Soya Sauce Eggs Bread Crumbs METHOD: Boil potatoes firstly. And mashed it. Then take a pan add olive oil and add all vegetables given above or you can also add any of your favorite vegetables. add a pinch of black pepper , salt , red chili powder and soya sauce. cook until vegetable get soften. Then Add black pepper , salt , red chili powder in mashed potatoes. And add cooked vegetables  and coriander leaves. And make round shaped kababs. Now dip that cutlet in egg then coated with bread crumbs and fry until it's turn into brown in color. Served it with ketchup or make sandwich of it .

ZINGER BURGER

INGREDIENT: Breast Chicken Black Pepper White Pepper Red Chili Powder Paprika Powder        Vinegar Salt Ginger Garlic Paste Lettuce Leaf Mayonnaise Ketchup Buns Fine Flour Corn Flour METHOD: FOR MARINATE: Make cuts on chicken breast. Add black & white pepper , ginger garlic paste , red chili powder , salt and vinegar press chicken well until all spice covered chicken well. marinate for 1 hours. FOR COATED: After marinate. Take fine flour and add corn flour add pinch of salt , black pepper , paprika powder mix well. Flour mixture is ready. Now take marinate chicken coat chicken in flour mixture well. Now dip chicken in water . Then again coat chicken in flour mixture. Now deep fry chicken. Until chicken gets crispy. PRESENTATION: Now take bun spread mayonnaise and ketchup. 1 layer of lettuce leaf then put fried chicken. Again add a layer of ketchup and mayonnaise. (Add a slice of cheese if you want) Layer of bun.

CLUB SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS: Boil Boneless Chicken Black Pepper White Pepper Salt Butter Eggs Bread Mayonnaise Cucumbers Tomatoes Lettuce leaf Cheese METHOD: First fry egg with pinch of salt and black pepper. Set aside  Fry breads lightly. Mashed the boiled chicken add black & white pepper , salt , butter mix well. Now take a fry bread spread mayonnaise. Spread chicken mixture. Then one layer of slice cucumber. Again layer of bread and spread mayonnaise. Add layer of slice tomato and slice cheese. Again layer of bread and spread mayonnaise. Layer of lettuce leaf. Layer of fry egg.  Again last layer of bread.
