EGG FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS: Eggs Oil Salt Black & White Pepper Green Onion Onion Garlic Red Chili Powder Green Chili Carrots Peas Capsicum Beans Soya Sauce Boiled Rice METHOD: Take a pan add 2 tsp oil 2 eggs add salt to taste pinch of black pepper then scramble then add spring onion greens. Set aside. Take a pan add 1 tsp oil , 1/2 cup chopped onions , 1/4 cup chopped spring onion whites , 2 tsp chopped garlic , 1 chopped green chili and 1 tsp red chili powder. Mix well. Then add 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum , carrot , beans and boiled peas. 1 tsp of soya sauce. Then add 2 cup of well boiled rice. Cook for 7 minutes then add scramble egg , salt pinch of white pepper and spring onion greens.

WHITE BIRYANI

INGREDIENTS: Green Chilies Black Cardamon Green Cardamon Cumin Seeds Black Peppercorns  Cinnamon Stick Bay Leaves Rice  Lemon Juice Oil Chicken Ginger Garlic Paste Onion Yogurt White Pepper Powder Salt Mace Powder Nutmeg Powder Black Pepper Powder Mint Leaves Coriander leaves Cream Kewra Water Cashew Paste METHOD: FOR RICE: (1/2 KG) Take a bowl add 4 chopped green chilies, 2 black cardamon , 4 green cardamon , 1 tsp cumin seeds , 1/2 tsp black peppercorn , 1 cinnamon stick , 1/2 tsp cloves and 3 bay leaves. And garam masala bowl is ready. Now take a pan fill with water bring it to boil add this garam masala mixture bowl in water and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add fried onion 2-3 tsp, add salt according to your requirement.  Take 1/2 kg rice (soaked for 30 minutes) bring it to boil then add 1 tsp lemon juice and boil until 3/4th done. Strain and set aside. FOR CHICKEN: (1/2 KG) Take a pan add oil , 1/2 kg chicken with bone mix until color get

SIZZLING CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

 INGREDIENTS: Eggs Caster Sugar Butter Vanilla Essence  Cocoa Powder Fine Flour Cooking Chocolate Milk Cream METHOD: BROWNIES: Take a bowl add eggs , caster sugar according to your requirement. Beat for 3-4 minutes. Add butter and beat until well combined.Add vanilla essence and cocoa powder beat well.  Add fine flour and fold gently. Take 8 by 8 baking pan and pour this mixture in it. Bake in preheated oven.  Temperature 170 degree and  20 -25 minutes. Let it cool. And cut in square shape. CHOCOLATE SYRUP: Take a pan add cooking chocolate , add milk , and cream whisk well until get smooth. cook well. PRESENTATION: Take a sizzling pan heat for 3-4 minutes. After heating sizzling pan put 2 piece of brownies add vanilla ice cream then add prepare chocolate syrup. Enjoy delicious dessert.

CHICKEN SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS: Boiled Chicken Mayonnaise Vegetables ( Cabbage , potatoes , carrot) Black Pepper Salt White Bread METHOD: Boiled chicken and mashed it. Take a bowl add mashed chicken add boiled potatoes chopped cabbage and carrot or any vegetables you like to add. Add mayonnaise according to your requirement. Then add black pepper , salt. Combined well. Then spread this mixture on white bread and served it as it is or toast it in sandwich maker.  Served it with ketchup.

PINEAPPLE DESSERT

INGREDIENTS: Cream Cream Cheese Caster Sugar Pineapples  Biscuit Sugar Butter METHOD: Take a chilled cream according to your requirement and beat until cream get fluffy. Take a cream cheese add caster sugar beat until sugar is dissolved. Now mixed both cream mixture together and beat for 3 minutes then add slice of pineapples. Now take simple biscuits add sugar and butter. Blend until biscuits get properly chopped. PRESENTATION: Take a glass or bowl firstly add blended biscuits mixture. Then add prepare mixture of cream Then put slice of pineapples. Add cream mixture again And topping with a cherry or pineapple. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

CHICKEN TENDER

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Chicken Paprika Powder Garlic Powder Salt Black Pepper Onion Powder Red Chili Powder Corn Flake Fine Flour Eggs Milk METHOD: Take a bowl add boneless chicken , paprika powder , garlic powder , salt , black pepper , onion powder , red chili powder. Combined well. Marinate for 15 minutes. Take 1 cup or as required corn flake and crush coarsely. Now take a bowl of (1 cup or as required) fine flour ,take 2 eggs add 3 t/s of milk mix it and crushed corn flake. Now coated chicken with fine flour first then coated into egg and then corn flake. Now deep fry it or bake it and enjoy yummy delicious tenders.

RICE (VEGETABLE FRIED RICE)

INGREDIENTS: Boiled Rice Oil Salt Boneless Chicken Ginger Garlic Paste Turmeric Powder Black Pepper Cumin Seeds Red Chili Powder Coriander Powder Onion Carrot Capsicum Boiled Peas Soya Sauce Green Chili Green Onion METHOD: Firstly boil the rice and side aside. Then take a pan add oil and boneless chicken. Add ginger garlic paste , cumin seeds , turmeric powder , red chili powder , coriander powder , salt and combined well and cook until chicken changed it color. After that add onion , carrot , capsicum , and boiled peas. Cooked for 7 minutes.    Then add boiled rice in the pan and add black pepper ,  soya sauce , chopped green chili , and green onion and combined well. Add half glass of water and cover the pan until rice get soften.

SALADS (CHICKPEA SALAD)

INGREDIENTS: Green Chilies Salt Olive Oil Lemon Juice Apple Cider Vinegar Parsley Mint Leaves Coriander Leaves Boiled Chickpea (channey) Carrots Toasted Bran Bread Cubes METHODS: GREEN SAUCE DRESSING Take a blender add add green chilies, salt , olive oil , lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, parsley, mint and coriander leaves blend until pureed. SALAD Take a bowl add boil chickpea , round shaped carrot, toasted bran bread, prepared green sauce and combined well.

SALAD (RUSSIAN SALAD)

INGREDIENTS: Boiled Potatoes Chopped Apples Pineapple Chunks Boiled Carrots Boiled Peas Boiled Egg Mayonnaise (1 Cup) Fresh Cream (1/2 Cup) Caster Sugar  Salt Black Pepper White Pepper DIRECTION: Take a bowl add mayonnaise and fresh cream combined well. Add salt , white and black pepper , caster sugar combined well. Add boiled potatoes, chopped apples, pineapple chunks, boiled carrots, boiled peas, boiled eggs and combined it. served it 

PASTA (CHICKEN PASTA)

INGREDIENTS: Boil Pasta Oil Boneless Chicken Ginger Garlic Paste Onion Tandori Masala Cayenne Pepper Tomato Ketchup Lemon Juice Chicken Stock DIRECTIONS: Firstly boil the pasta according to your requirement. Then take a pan add oil , ginger garlic paste and add boneless chicken cooked until chicken color get changed into brown. Then add tandoori masala , cayenne pepper , lemon juice , tomato ketchup and chicken stock. Then add boiled pasta and combined well. Cover the pan for 2 minutes. Ready to eat .  Served with tomato ketchup .

RICE (OMU-RICE)

INGREDIENTS: Oil Butter Garlic Boneless Chicken Salt Black Pepper White Pepper Hot Sauce Ketchup Soya Sauce Slice Chopped Onion Slice Chopped Tomatoes Slice Chopped Capsicum Boiled Corn Boiled Rice Eggs METHOD: Take a pan add some butter . Add chopped garlic and boneless chicken. Combined well. Add salt, black pepper , white pepper , soya sauce , hot sauce and ketchup. Combined well.  Then add slice of tomatoes , onion , capsicum. and cover the pan until chicken changed it color into brown. Add boiled rice and boiled corn. Cover the pan and reduce the heat low. Combined Well and cook until rice get soften.  PRESENTATION OF OMURICE Take a pan add some oil and fry 2 eggs with in black pepper and salt. Now put rice in the central of the fry egg like showing in the given image. Fold the egg form both side. Served it with ketchup.

BREAD PIZZA

INGREDIENTS: Bread Butter Cheese Onion Tomato Capsicum Tomato Ketchup Cumin seeds Red Chili Powder  Salt Chat Masala  METHOD: PIZZA MIXTURE: Take a pan add butter according to your requirement then add cumin seeds. Then add slice of tomatoes, onion, capsicum, red chili powder , chat masala, salt, tomato ketchup combine well then cook it on low heat until vegetable get soft. BREAD PIZZA: Butter up all the bread from one side. and then spread ketchup on buttering side  Spread prepared mixture on it. Then add mashed cheese.  Take a pan add some butter and  put the bread in the pan cook until cheese melt. served with ketchup.

SANDWICH

VEGETABLE CHEESE SANDWICH INGREDIENTS: Boiled Potatoes Capsicum Green Chili Black Pepper Salt Cheese Butter Onion Lemon Juice Bread METHOD: Take a bowl and prepare a mixture. Mixture: Add boiled potatoes , chop capsicum , chop chili , black pepper , salt , mashed cheese , chop onion and one table spoon lemon juice. Take a bread slice.  Apply butter on it. Spread prepared mixture on it. If you want more cheese then also put the slice of cheese after mixture. Cover with bread slice  Now toast the sandwich in toaster. Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise.

CHICKEN JALFREZE

INGREDIENTS: Oil Capsicum Onion 2 eggs Boneless chicken Ginger and garlic paste Red chili powder Black pepper Turmeric powder Coriander powder Tomato ketchup Soya sauce Cumin seeds Salt Tomatoes METHOD: Heat the oil in the pan and fry egg with salt and black pepper after cook then set aside. Heat the oil in the pan then add chop capsicum and onions. Cook until softened then set aside.  Heat the oil in the pan add ginger garlic paste and add boneless chicken fry until color get changed then add red chili powder, black pepper turmeric powder , coriander powder , cumin seeds and tomato ketchup and combined well. Then add tomato paste , soya sauce , salt and tomatoes slices , add half cup of water then cover the pan and reduce the heat low. Then add fry capsicum , onion.  Cut the fry egg in the shape of cubes and add them. Served with rice.
