TIKKA FISH

INGREDIENTS: Boneless Fish Cream Coconut Milk Powder Salt Coriander Powder Crushed Cumin Garam Masala Powder Ajwain Powder Ginger Paste Crushed Red Chili Black Pepper Powder Olive Oil Red Chili Sauce Lemon Juice Yellow Food Color METHOD: Take a bowl add fish without bones and add all ingredients which is given above. Marinate well. Then keep it in refrigerator for almost 30 minutes. Then spread oil on the grill and cook fish from both side until done 

GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS: Oil Olive Mayonnaise Yogurt Garlic  Dijon Mustard  Worcestershire Sauce Vinegar Lemon Juice Black Pepper Powder Salt Chicken Fillet Dried Oregano Lettuce Corn  Tomatoes METHOD: SALAD DRESSING: Take a bowl add olive oil , mayonnaise , yogurt , finely chopped garlic cloves , dijon mustard , worcestershire sauce , vinegar , lemon juice , black pepper powder and salt. Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.  GRILLED CHICKEN: Take a chicken fillet add vinegar , garlic cloves , salt , black pepper powder , dried oregano. Press well. Now put olive oil on grill and cook chicken on the grill until done. PRESENTATION: Now cut lettuce in small pieces , add boiled corn , cubes of tomatoes , salad dressing and grilled chicken.

LETTUCE WRAP (WITH CHICKEN & COTTAGE CHEESE)

INGREDIENTS: Olive Oil Lemon Juice Honey Sesame Oil Salt Black Pepper Powder Garlic Green Chili Boneless Chicken Cottage Cheese Tomatoes Cucumber Black Olives Lettuce Leaves METHOD: SALAD DRESSING: Take a bowl add olive oil , lemon juice , honey , sesame oil , salt , black pepper powder , well chopped garlic , well chopped green chili. Mix well. CHICKEN & COTTAGE CHEESE: Take a bowl add boiled and shredded chicken , cubes of cottage cheese , strip cut tomatoes , strip cut cucumbers , black olives and prepared salad dressing. PRESENTATION: Now take a lettuce leave and fill it with chicken and cottage dressing.
